The installation process of Saint Charbel's largest statue got underway Friday 25th August 2017 at the Cross Mountain in Faraya after it had been delicately transported from Haret Sakher over the weekend.

The height of the sculpture is 23.3 meters, it's width is 9.30 meters and weighs 40 tons; its external structure is made of GRP SKIN while internal beams and bars, aimed at reinforcing the external structure, are made of fiberglass material (GRP SANDWICH) so it can withstand bad weather conditions and has a lifespan of hundreds of years.

The internal fillings of these bars incorporate wood treated with scientific methods so that it do not decay with time.

Incredible amazing beautiful. Blessings to the hands of the workers who fabricated this image of Mar Charbel. I hope that one day I will and touch this sacred image. ??????????
